The seller

Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees. The server stores them as whole paise and rounds half-up to the nearest paise. The catalogue starts empty. A product appears only after the owner publishes it. The shop does not invent reviews, sales counts, or discounts. One coupon can apply to an order. Coupons do not stack. The server checks the code again at checkout.

Shipping

Delivery inside India costs ₹90 when the configured comparison amount is under ₹999, and is free at ₹999 or above. That comparison is either the merchandise subtotal before the coupon, or the subtotal after the coupon. The choice is a server setting, and checkout shows which one was used. This draft does not pick one.

Payment

Payment is taken through Razorpay Checkout. The shop does not store card numbers. A message in the browser is not confirmation. The order is paid only after the server accepts a captured payment for the same Razorpay order and the same paise amount. Placing the order holds stock for 15 minutes. If payment fails or the hold expires, the hold is released.

Cancellation, returns, and refunds

The return window is [RETURN_WINDOW]. It has not been decided. Paid cancellation, partial refunds, and restoring stock after a paid order are not available in this shop until a later policy is approved. The software does not call Razorpay to refund a payment.

Delivery updates

When an order ships, the owner can save a DTDC tracking number. The number is shown as text. The shop does not call a live tracking service and does not invent a tracking link.

The governing law and the courts that hear disputes will be added after lawyer review. Until then, do not treat this page as the shop’s contract.
